Our rates include Florida taxes. Cleaning fee of $155 added to quoted rates for stays less than 1 week. Deposit of $250 due at time of booking. This serves as a reservation deposit until check in, then becomes a damage deposit. We accept checks, money orders, or credit card. If paying by credit card we use a 3rd party billing service. 3% is charged by the service and is added to amount due. We use a cc company (square) and do not take credit card information. Cancellation within 30 days of check in will result in forfeiture of deposit. Full rental amount is due no later than 30 days prior to checkin.
Rates and minimum stays may vary during holidays and special occasions. No singles under age 25 unless accompanied by parents who must occupy unit at all times.
Horizon South charges all guests a $5/person amenity fee. In addition, the resort requires parking passes to be displayed on all vehicles. Please stop by the office or tiki hut by the pool upon arrival (or next day if office and/or tiki hut closed) and pay this fee. Armbands and 2 parking passes will be issued upon payment. ARMBANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES BY ALL GUESTS ON PROPERTY. PARKING PASS MUST BE ON YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES. If more than 2 parking passes are needed, there is an additional cost of $25/vehicle.
ANIMALS are NOT allowed in our units due to allergy concerns. Discovery of an animal in the unit will result in being asked to vacate the premises and your deposit will be forfeited.
